The registration includes uniform shirt/hat, trophy awarded at the end of the year to each child, league insurance, and umpire fees.

*subject to weather and diamond availability

Evaluations for team parity
Initial evaluations are important for the league to create teams that have a fair division of talent. There is not a perfect formula to do this but all efforts will be made to fairly evaluate each players talent and experience to aid in the process. Listed below are the times and dates of evaluations for your child by age. It is important that each child is present for evaluations at the time listed. There is a 1 1/2 hour window for each age group.  You may show up anytime during that window. Each player should bring a glove and wear gym shoes. NO CLEATS for evaluations please. Each player may also bring a bat, batting glove or any other equipment they may chose to use. Please note that evaluations are for Pee Wee level only . T-Ball players do not attend evaluations.

Evaluations at Plainfield High School Fieldhouse on 2/29/2019
8 year olds 2:00pm - 3:30pm
6/7 year olds 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Dates and times are subject to change, please continue to check the website for information.

*If you would like to have your 6 year old evaluated to move up to Pee Wee, please come to evaluations at 3:30pm with the 7u group. The evaluation process, number of participants, and board discretion will determine if a 6 year old can move up to the Pee Wee league.  Safety is our number 1 concern.

Individual sponsorship

Our registration fee does not cover the entire costs required to run our league. Therefore, each year we utilize an individual sponsorship program to raise additional funds. These funds go towards maintaining the fields and providing newer/safe equipment. If you or your company would like to support our league and sponsor a team and get your company logo/name on a field banner, please email us at
